International Airlines Group, S.A. is an Anglo-Spanish airline holding company formed in 2011 through the merger of British Airways and Iberia, headquartered in Madrid with its registered office in London. It also owns the airlines Aer Lingus, Vueling and LEVEL, and its constituent carriers are founding or long-standing members of the Oneworld alliance.
