Halliburton Company is an American oilfield services company founded in 1919 by Erle P. Halliburton in Duncan, Oklahoma as an oil well cementing business. It grew into one of the largest providers of products and services to the oil and gas industry in the world, supplying equipment and services used in drilling, well completion and production, and maintains dual headquarters in Houston, Texas and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
