Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. is a Mexican mass media company headquartered in Mexico City, long the dominant Spanish-language television broadcaster in Mexico and one of the largest producers of Spanish-language television content in the world. In 2022 it combined its media operations with Univision to form TelevisaUnivision, while continuing as a separate publicly traded holding company with stakes in that venture and in other Mexican media, telecommunications and gaming businesses.
