Gramercy Pictures was an American film production and distribution label founded on May 20, 1992 as a joint venture between PolyGram Filmed Entertainment and Universal Pictures, distributing PolyGram films in the United States and Canada and serving as Universal's art-house division. After Seagram acquired PolyGram, Barry Diller merged Gramercy with Interscope Communications and October Films to form USA Films in 1999; Focus Features later revived the Gramercy name in 2015 as a genre-film label before phasing it out again in 2016.
