Goodman Group

Goodman Group is an Australian real estate investment company headquartered in Sydney, one of the largest owners and developers of industrial and logistics property in the world. It was founded in 1989 by Greg Goodman and his father Len Goodman as a small industrial property trust in Sydney, and it expanded internationally from the early 2000s to become a global manager of warehouses, distribution centres and, increasingly, data centres. Goodman operates as a stapled entity combining an Australian listed trust with a corporate management business, and it develops and manages logistics real estate across Australia, Asia, Europe and the Americas for e-commerce, retail and technology tenants. The company has emphasized data centre development as a growth area alongside its traditional industrial and logistics warehousing business.
