Dodge

Consumer Discretionary

Dodge is an American brand of automobiles and a division of Stellantis, based in Auburn Hills, Michigan. John Francis Dodge and Horace Elgin Dodge founded it in Detroit in 1900 as the Dodge Brothers Company, which began as a machine shop. The company was privately held from 1900 until 1928 and has been a division since 1928. Dodge vehicles have historically included performance cars, and for much of its existence Dodge was the mid-priced brand of Chrysler, above Plymouth. The Dodge main factory operated in Hamtramck, Michigan, from 1910 until it closed in January 1980.
