City Football Group Limited is a British holding company headquartered in Manchester that owns and operates a global network of association football clubs, most prominently Manchester City. Founded in 2013 and majority owned by the Abu Dhabi-based investment group behind Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, it has expanded to hold stakes in clubs on multiple continents, including New York City FC, Melbourne City and Girona, under a multi-club ownership model.
