China Mobile Limited is a Chinese state-controlled telecommunications company headquartered in Beijing, formed in 1997 through the restructuring of China's telecommunications industry and listed in Hong Kong and New York the following year, later delisted from the New York Stock Exchange in 2021. It is the largest mobile network operator in the world by number of subscribers, serving several hundred million customers across mainland China and Hong Kong.
