China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited is a Chinese state-owned multinational marine transportation service conglomerate headquartered in Shanghai. It was established in 2016 through the merger of China Ocean Shipping Company and China Shipping Group Company. It is owned by the State Council of China and supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
