Brockway Glass Company was an American manufacturer of glass containers and tubing, along with plastic products through subsidiary operations, founded in 1907 in Brockway, Pennsylvania. It acquired several factories from Hazel-Atlas Glass Company in 1964, and in 1987 Owens-Illinois launched a 750 million dollar acquisition bid; despite opposition from the Federal Trade Commission a federal judge allowed the merger, which was completed in 1988, forming Owens-Brockway Glass Container Inc.
