Booking Holdings Inc. is an American online travel company headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut, known for most of its history as the Priceline Group before taking its current name in 2018. It owns and operates a portfolio of online travel brands including Booking.com, Priceline, Agoda, Kayak and OpenTable, letting travelers search and book hotels, flights, rental cars and restaurant reservations, and is one of the largest online travel companies in the world by bookings.
