The Baja California Railroad, Inc. is a Class III railroad established in 2010 that operates freight service in the northwest of Baja California, Mexico, over a rehabilitated historic rail line that once connected San Diego to El Centro. It interchanges with the San Diego and Imperial Valley Railroad at the United States-Mexico border in San Ysidro, California, and hauls cargo including grain, corn syrup, borax, lumber and steel for clients such as the Heineken brewery in Tecate.
