Ken Blanchard

Kenneth Hartley Blanchard (born 1939) is an American author, business consultant and motivational speaker who has written more than seventy books, most of them co-authored. His best known book, The One Minute Manager, has sold more than fifteen million copies, and with fellow scholar Paul Hersey he co-created the Situational Leadership framework while working on a shared textbook. Blanchard is chief spiritual officer of Blanchard, an international management training and consulting company he and his wife Marjorie co-founded in San Diego, California, in 1979.
