Belongs here: an industry whose core output is property development, ownership or management. This is a genuine single-member group at the industry level in this atlas today; GICS treats Real Estate as its own top-level sector by design, split out of Financials in the 2016 revision, so a single industry entity here is an honest artifact of the authoritative scheme rather than a modelling error, and grows as more real-estate-specific industries are minted.
