FAQs
Why do florists work extra hours around holidays?
Fresh flowers perish quickly and orders cannot be made far ahead.
Fresh cut flowers are perishable, so most floral orders cannot be completed far in advance. Florists therefore tend to work additional hours just before and during holidays, which are busier times of the year for floral designers than other periods.
