IDACORP, Inc. is an American electric utility holding company headquartered in Boise, Idaho, formed in 1998 as the parent company of Idaho Power Company. It generates and distributes electricity across southern Idaho and part of eastern Oregon through a mix of hydroelectric, natural gas and other generation sources.
