CVS Business Rates, formally Commercial Valuers and Surveyors, was a British business that provided business rent and rates services to occupiers of commercial property in the United Kingdom. The company was acquired by the Canadian firm Altus Group in 2017, and its UK operations were merged into the UK operations of Altus Group.
