All Health Care REITs

This group collects Real Estate sector members organized as real estate investment trusts that own and lease health care related property: hospitals, medical office buildings, senior housing, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, leased to health care operating companies rather than operated directly by the REIT itself. This group is kept apart from the Health Care sector's own Health Care Providers and Services and Health Care Equipment and Supplies groups, since these are real estate companies that own the buildings health care operators use, not health care operators themselves.
