Kiwi Property Group is one of New Zealand's largest NZX listed property companies, owning and managing mixed use, office, retail and build to rent property across New Zealand. Founded in 1992 as Kiwi Income Property Trust and headquartered in Auckland, its portfolio includes Sylvia Park, New Zealand's largest shopping centre, The Base, the country's second largest shopping centre, the Vero Centre office tower, and Resido, a 295 apartment build to rent development opened in June 2024.
