Immofinanz

Immofinanz, renamed CPI Europe AG in 2025, is a real estate company headquartered in Vienna, Austria, established on April 19, 1990. The company manages office, retail and residential property across ten Central and Eastern European countries, including Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia, with a portfolio valued at approximately 8.70 billion euros across 357 properties as of December 31, 2025.
