Fresnillo plc

Fresnillo plc is a Mexican precious metals mining company with its corporate headquarters in Mexico City and registered office in London, spun off from Industrias Penoles through a May 2008 initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange. It is the world's largest producer of silver from ore and Mexico's second-largest gold miner, operating three active mines and 21 exploration projects across Mexico. Industrias Penoles retains a partial ownership stake in the company, which is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index.
