Amcor plc

Amcor plc is a multinational packaging company founded in Australia that develops and produces flexible packaging, rigid containers, specialty cartons, closures and services for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical-device, home and personal-care and other product sectors. It traces its roots to paper milling businesses established around Melbourne in the 1860s, consolidated in 1896 as the Australian Paper Mills Company. Now based in Switzerland and incorporated in Jersey, Amcor is cross-listed on the Australian Securities Exchange as AMC and the New York Stock Exchange as AMCR, and as of June 30, 2025 employed 77,000 people and generated US$15 billion in sales from operations in about 210 locations across more than 36 countries.
