Grasim Industries Limited is an Indian manufacturing company based in Mumbai and part of the Aditya Birla Group. Founded in 1947 as a textile manufacturer, it has since diversified into textile raw materials such as viscose staple fibre and viscose filament yarn, along with chemicals and insulators, and holds cement and financial services interests through its subsidiaries UltraTech Cement and Aditya Birla Capital.
