Arkema S.A. is a French specialty chemicals and advanced materials company headquartered in Colombes, France. It was spun off from the French oil company Total S.A. in 2004, combining Total's chemicals businesses, and now produces specialty polymers, adhesives, coatings and industrial chemicals.
