Logitech International S.A. is a Swiss-American maker of computer peripherals and accessories, with dual headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland and Newark, California. It was founded in 1981 in Apples, Switzerland by Daniel Borel, Pierluigi Zappacosta and Giacomo Marini. Logitech is best known for computer mice and keyboards, having been an early and long-running maker of the computer mouse, and its product lines have since expanded into webcams, headsets, video conferencing equipment and gaming peripherals sold under both the Logitech brand and its gaming-focused Logitech G brand.
