Diploma plc is a British business supplying specialised technical products and services, headquartered in London and founded in 1931, with shares first listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1960. The company has transformed its focus over the decades, moving away from its original electronic component distribution, building products and special steels businesses toward three current sectors: Controls, Seals and Life Sciences.
