Ferguson Enterprises Inc. is the largest United States distributor of plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, appliances, lighting, and pipes, valves and fittings for water and wastewater systems. It is headquartered in Newport News, Virginia, organized in Delaware, and was established in 1953 by Charles Ferguson, Ralph Lenz and Johnny Smither in Newport News.
