Valdez-Yukon Railroad was an early twentieth century railway in the U.S. state of Alaska, built in the years following the Klondike Gold Rush. The Valdez-Yukon Railroad Company was organized in 1905 to build a line from Valdez to Eagle City, intended to reach the copper and gold districts along the Copper, Chitina and Tanana rivers. Construction was discontinued after the line reached Keystone Canyon, and the railroad was never completed to its intended destination.
