DB Regio AG is a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn that operates regional and commuter train services in Germany. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Deutsche Bahn Group and part of the DB Regio business segment, alongside DB Regionnetz Verkehrs GmbH and other subsidiaries, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main.
