Serco Group plc

Serco Group plc is a British multinational company providing defence, health, space, justice, migration, customer services and transport services, headquartered in Hook, Hampshire, England. It operates across continental Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and North America, and trades on the London Stock Exchange as part of the FTSE 250 Index. The company traces its origins to 1929 as RCA Services Limited, a UK division of the Radio Corporation of America, and was renamed Serco after a 1987 management buyout, listing on the London Stock Exchange the following year.
