Techtronic Industries Company Limited

Techtronic Industries Company Limited, known as TTI Group, is a Hong Kong-based multinational company that designs, produces and markets cordless power tools, outdoor power equipment, hand tools and floor care appliances, manufactured across China, Vietnam, the United States, Mexico and Europe. Established on 24 May 1985 by Horst Julius Pudwill and Roy Chung Chi Ping, the company went public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1990 and became a Hang Seng Index constituent in 2019. In 2025 it generated annual sales of US$15.3 billion with about 48,318 employees, under chairman Horst Julius Pudwill and CEO Steven Richman.
