UMB Grup is a privately held Romanian company based in Bacau, operating mainly in construction through its subsidiaries Spedition UMB and Tehnostrade, as well as in the transport and sale of petrol. It is owned by Romanian entrepreneur Dorinel Umbrarescu, known as Romania's asphalt king, who also owns a banking entity.
