Sacyr, S.A.

Sacyr, S.A. is a Spanish infrastructure operator and developer based in Madrid. It was founded in 1986 as Sociedad Anonima Caminos y Regadios and renamed Sacyr in 1991, growing through acquisitions including a majority stake in the housing company Vallehermoso in 2002, which led to the 2003 merger forming Sacyr Vallehermoso. The company generated 4.548 billion euros in revenue in 2020 and trades on the Madrid Stock Exchange as part of the IBEX 35 index, with operations in Spain, Chile, Portugal and Brazil.
