NetJets

NetJets is an American company that sells fractional ownership shares in private business jets, founded on May 21, 1964, as Executive Jet Airways and renamed NetJets in 2002. Berkshire Hathaway acquired the company in 1998 for 725 million dollars, and it is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. NetJets pioneered fractional aircraft ownership with its 1986 launch of that business model and now operates the world's largest private business jet charter and aircraft management fleet, with about 792 aircraft as of April 2025.
