Sistemi Territoriali (ST) is a private transport company in Italy owned by the region of Veneto. Known before April 2002 as Ferrovie Venete, it took over management of several regional railway lines and their train services that year, holding a licence as a railway undertaking and a safety certificate for passenger and freight trains. Since October 2005 it has also managed some inland shipping routes, and it is additionally responsible for certain bus services.
