Red Coat Road & Rail Ltd. is a community-owned Canadian short-line railway company headquartered in Regina, Saskatchewan, formed in 1999 when it acquired the former Canadian Pacific Railway line between Pangman and Assiniboia, Saskatchewan. The company owns about 115 kilometers of standard-gauge track, with Great Western Railway contracted to operate freight service over the line.
