Lineas is a private rail freight operator headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, established in 2011 as B Logistics when the freight division of the National Railway Company of Belgium was privatized, and majority owned by the Belgian sovereign wealth fund, the Federal Holding and Investment Company. It operates rail freight and logistics services across Belgium, France, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands, and by 2020 had become Europe's largest private rail freight operator.
