Regional Rail Logistics

Regional Rail Logistics was an Australian freight rail operator based in New South Wales, running containerised freight services three days a week between the Riverina towns of Junee and Cootamundra and Port Botany in Sydney, using rolling stock supplied by the Melbourne operator El Zorro. Its inaugural train left Junee on December 18, 2008, hauling 25 wagons, undercutting road transport costs and creating about 20 local jobs, and it was the first freight train to serve the Riverina region since 2002; the company had explored expanding to Bomen and Griffith before it ceased operations.
