Gowling WLG is a multinational business law firm formed in 2016 through the merger of Canada's Gowlings and the United Kingdom's Wragge Lawrence Graham and Co. The firm works across eight countries with about 1,500 lawyers in more than 20 offices, and as of 2025 ranks as the largest law firm in Canada, the fifteenth largest in the United Kingdom and the eighty eighth largest in the world by revenue. It advises clients in sectors including life sciences, financial services, energy, infrastructure, technology, real estate and automotive, and operates a dual headquarters structure with separate limited liability partnerships in Canada and the United Kingdom under a company limited by guarantee, a structure similar to the Swiss verein model used by other major international firms.
