YTL Power International Berhad

YTL Power International Berhad is a Malaysian electric power company and subsidiary of YTL Corporation Berhad, operating as an international multi-utility owner across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, Australia and Jordan. It has been listed on Bursa Malaysia since May 23, 1997, and began operations in 1992 with Malaysia's first Independent Power Producer project. As of June 2024 the company held a market capitalisation of RM45.05 billion, ranking eighth by market capitalisation on Bursa Malaysia, with utilities contributing 69 percent of revenue, total revenue of RM22.3 billion and total assets of RM66.8 billion for the financial year ended June 30, 2024.
