Doncaster Railway Works, also called The Plant, is a railway workshop in Doncaster, England, established by the Great Northern Railway in 1853. It replaced the earlier Great Northern works at Boston and Peterborough. Until 1867 it undertook only repairs and maintenance. The part of the works that remains today is operated by Wabtec. It is recorded here as the builder named on the infobox of the steam locomotives Flying Scotsman and Mallard, both of which list Doncaster Works as their builder, so that the atlas can place those vehicles with the works that made them.
