CNH Industrial N.V. is a maker of agricultural and construction equipment, domiciled in the Netherlands with major operations across Europe and the Americas. It was formed in 2013 through the merger of Fiat Industrial and CNH Global, itself created in 1999 by the merger of Case Corporation and New Holland, two long-established farm equipment makers. CNH Industrial's brands include Case IH and New Holland Agriculture in farm machinery and Case Construction in earthmoving equipment; the company spun off its Iveco commercial truck business as a separate independent company in 2022 to focus on agricultural and construction equipment.
