Trainkos is a private railway company based in Kosovo that also serves as the country's national rail carrier. It was established in 2011 alongside the freight operator Infrakos, when the two companies succeeded the public Kosovo Railways after it was split up and privatized. Trainkos carries both passengers and freight.
