ST Engineering

Singapore Technologies Engineering, known as ST Engineering, is a Singapore headquartered technology, defence and engineering company formed on August 27, 1997 from the merger of four subsidiaries, tracing its roots to the 1967 founding of Chartered Industries of Singapore. It works across aerospace, smart city, defence and public security segments, employs about 27,000 people across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the United States, and as of 2024 ranked as the eighth largest company on the Singapore Exchange by market capitalisation. Temasek Holdings acquired its assets in 2004 and completed full ownership consolidation by the end of 2024, and in its 2025 financial year the company reported revenue of 12.35 billion Singapore dollars.
