United Envirotech Ltd is a company focused on environmental engineering and consulting, founded in 2003 by Lin Yucheng and Goh Ching Wah. It went public in 2004 and has been listed on the Singapore stock exchange as well as traded in the United States and Germany, and in 2014 and 2015 investment firms CITIC Group and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts were reported to be jointly seeking a controlling interest in the company through a proposed joint venture.
