SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK Ltd, formerly known as SITA UK Limited, is a British waste management company established in 1988 and headquartered in Maidenhead, England. It is a subsidiary of the French group Suez Environnement and handles more than nine million tonnes of waste annually through recycling, composting, energy from waste and landfill operations, serving more than twelve million people across around 300 locations with roughly 5,000 employees. The company also generates renewable energy from landfill gas and waste combustion.
