The Oudh and Tirhut Railway was a railway company headquartered in Gorakhpur, India, formed on 1 January 1943 by the government amalgamation of five separate predecessor railways into a single entity. It operated rail transport across northern India before becoming part of the North Eastern Railway zone in 1952.
