EMCOR Group, Inc.

EMCOR Group, Inc. is an engineering, construction and property management company headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut. It was formed in December 1994 out of the restructuring of Jamaica Water Properties following bankruptcy, when Frank MacInnis became chief executive, sold many of the predecessor businesses and renamed the remaining company Emcor. The company operates more than a hundred subsidiaries at roughly 180 locations serving industrial and commercial clients, and trades on the New York Stock Exchange as a component of the S&P 500.
