SATS Ltd

SATS Ltd is a Singaporean airport services company established on December 15, 1972 as a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines, headquartered at the SATS Inflight Catering Centre in Changi. It handles most of the ground handling and in flight catering at Changi Airport, controlling roughly 80 percent of those operations, and also provides air cargo management, baggage and ramp handling, passenger services, aviation security, cruise operations and institutional catering. It has traded on the Singapore Exchange since May 2000, with Temasek Holdings holding a 40 percent stake, and following its 2022 acquisition of Worldwide Flight Services it operates more than 215 stations in 27 countries.
