Allegiant Air

Allegiant Air is a United States ultra-low-cost carrier headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, and operated by its parent Allegiant Travel Company. Rather than building a traditional hub-and-spoke network among major cities, Allegiant has built its business around linking smaller, often underserved regional airports directly to leisure destinations such as Las Vegas, Orlando and other Florida markets, typically flying older, cost-efficient aircraft on routes too thin for larger carriers to serve profitably. The airline frequently bundles its flights with hotel stays, rental cars and other travel products through its parent company, and it has also developed Sunseeker Resort, a Florida hotel property, as part of a broader diversification into leisure travel beyond scheduled air service.
